gptimage25.top is an independent third-party interface for GPT Image 2.5. Commercial use of what you generate here is covered by our own terms. Questions about the model itself — API access, an OpenAI account, ChatGPT billing — are OpenAI's to answer, not ours.
Use this for billing, the 7-day unused-credit refund, account access, and appeals against a blocked prompt. Include the email on the account and, for payments, the last four digits of the card.
Faster paths that do not need email
- Cancel a plan from Billing — two clicks, no ticket.
- Failed generations return their credits automatically. You do not need to write in. A run that never comes back is settled by a sweep and refunded the same way.
- A blocked prompt costs no credits, because the content scan runs before the credit debit. What an appeal undoes is the strike and the pause, not a charge — see Responsible Use.
- Report an image that uses your likeness, or that breaks the rules, at Report content. That form reaches the same person the inbox does, with the task id already attached.
- What a run costs is answered by the cost table on Pricing rather than by us, quality tier by quality tier.
Response times
Privacy and deletion requests: within 30 days, or the shorter period your local law sets. Refund requests and moderation appeals: we aim for five working days. Everything is read by the operator of this site — there is no ticket queue and no first-line script.
We do not publish a postal address on this page. If a law requires a physical address for notices, we will add it here when we have one to give.

For the API, an OpenAI account, Organization Verification, or ChatGPT's own image tool, go to OpenAI — developers.openai.com for the API and help.openai.com for account support. We cannot see, reset or refund anything on an OpenAI account.
