Terms of Service
These terms govern gptimage25.top. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Effective 10 September 2026. Privacy details are in the Privacy Policy. Contact: hello@gptimage25.top.
1. Who we are
gptimage25.top is an independent third-party interface for OpenAI's GPT Image 2.5 image model. We are not OpenAI, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI. What we licence to you is the output you generate here; rights in the model itself stay with OpenAI.
The API, ChatGPT and OpenAI's own products remain OpenAI's, and that is where questions about an OpenAI account, its quota, its verification or its billing are answered.
2. The service
You get hosted image generation subject to the plan you are on, the free-tier limits published on the site, Responsible Use, and these terms.
Images are generated by a model provider we call on your behalf — OpenRouter by default, with a direct OpenAI route as the fallback, in both cases running the same published gpt-image-2.5-flare and gpt-image-2.5-sunburst. Output quality, queues, safety refusals, and outages are not fully in our control. Some limits are the model's rather than ours and apply to everyone calling it.
What a plan changes is the envelope, not the engine: the quality tier and size ceiling, how many images arrive in one run, how many runs go at once, and whether Sunburst can be selected. A free image and a Studio image come from the same model.
3. Accounts
You do not need an account to try the site — the anonymous lane gives one image a day, watermarked with a small corner mark, guarded by a cookie, a hashed IP and a bot check. Everything else requires signing in.
You must keep sign-in details accurate and secret. Credits and history follow the account once you are signed in, not the browser. We cap how many accounts one network may register.
We may close or suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, share logins to evade caps, or break Responsible Use. Unused credits on a closed abusive account are not a cash refund.
4. Output licence
Commercial use is included on every paid plan and on every credit pack. You may publish, sell, and license the images you generate here, including in client work and in paid advertising. There is no separate commercial licence to buy and no corner mark on a paid image.
Free images carry a small visible corner mark and are for evaluation. They exist so you can check the model before paying, not so you can ship on them. Separately, and not ours to remove: OpenAI embeds C2PA content credentials and an invisible watermark in every file this model produces. That travels with the image from every provider, on free and paid alike.
Two conditions travel with every plan. OpenAI's own usage policy for GPT Image 2.5 passes through to you, so anything it prohibits is prohibited here. And we are an independent interface, not OpenAI: what we grant is the rights we hold in the output, and the grant reaches no further. Warranties and indemnity are §8 and §9.
You are responsible for prompts and reference files (copyright, likeness, and publicity). Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
5. Acceptable use
The Responsible Use page is part of these terms. We may refuse, delete, or withhold jobs that appear to violate it, including sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content or deepfakes of real people, hateful attacks on protected characteristics, terrorism and violent extremism, scams, or malware. Where the law requires it we report to the authorities.
The model provider applies its own moderation as well, and a refusal there is not one we can override.
Enforcement is not final. If you believe a block was wrong, appeal it and a person will review it.
6. Plans, credits, and refunds
Prices shown at checkout are the charge. Where Creem is the merchant of record for your purchase, local VAT and sales tax are calculated and filed on that sale. Credits are consumed by successful runs. Failed and refused runs return credits automatically — that is not a cash refund.
Plan credits are a monthly allowance and expire at the end of each month. Credit-pack credits last twelve months and do not renew. Plan credits are spent before pack credits.
Credits are delivered immediately
Credits are digital content, and they are in your account the moment the payment clears. By completing checkout you ask us to begin delivery straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun — the 14-day cooling-off right that consumers in the EU and the UK otherwise have on a distance purchase.
That acknowledgement is about the statutory right only. The refunds below are ours, offered voluntarily, and they still apply.
Our refunds
7 days, first paid plan or pack, only if those credits are unused. Separately, a yearly plan refunds pro rata for whole unused months at any point. Spend credits in a month and that month is not refundable. Details: Refund Policy. Cancel from Billing to stop the next renewal. Cancellation is not by itself a refund of the current period.
Processing fees on money returned
Our payment processor charges a fee when your payment arrives and does not return that fee when the payment is sent back. Accordingly: where we return money to your payment method — on a refund, or on a plan change that leaves a balance owing to you — the payment-processing fees charged on your original payment are deducted and the remainder is returned.
The deducted amount is the fee actually charged on your transaction as recorded by the processor, not a fixed rate, and we will tell you what it is before returning the money. It is apportioned to the part being returned; the part you keep carries its own share. It never exceeds the amount of the refund.
No fee is deducted where no fee is incurred. Taking the amount as account credit, or carrying it over to a different plan, returns it in full, because that money does not pass back through the card network.
Chargebacks opened while a refund request is open may pause the refund until the processor finishes.
If these terms and the refund band on Pricing ever disagree, the more specific refund band on the pricing page is the one we honour for that purchase.
7. Availability and your files
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee turnaround time, uptime, or that a given prompt will pass a provider's safety filter.
Finished images are written to our own storage as a run completes, so a result does not depend on a provider link staying alive. We keep them for the period set out in the Privacy Policy §7, which today has no automatic deletion window on finished work. That is a current practice and not a guarantee — download anything you need to keep.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, they apply only as far as the law allows.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify us for claims arising from your prompts, uploads, or use of outputs, including likeness and copyright claims, except to the extent we caused the claim by our own wilful misconduct.
10. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. Material changes will also appear on Updates when we can. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
12. Contact and disputes
Email hello@gptimage25.top first. We do not publish a postal address on this page.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, the laws applicable to the operator of gptimage25.top apply, without a named courtroom until we publish one. Consumers keep any non-waivable rights of their country of residence.
