Refund Policy
This policy is for purchases on gptimage25.top only. It does not cover OpenAI's own billing, or a ChatGPT subscription.
7-day unused-credit refund
You can request a full refund on your first paid plan or credit pack within 7 days of the charge, if those credits are untouched.
- Used any of the credits from that purchase → the refund does not apply.
- After 7 days → the refund does not apply.
- Later renewals and later packs follow the same rule only where the pricing page still says they do.
Request it from your account (Request refund) or email hello@gptimage25.top from the address on the account.
This is our own offer, not a statutory right. Credits are delivered the moment payment clears, and completing checkout is a request to begin delivery immediately — which ends the 14-day withdrawal right EU and UK consumers otherwise have. See Terms §6. We offer the 7 days anyway, because credits you never spent cost us nothing to give back.
Monthly credits, and the month you are in
Plan credits are a monthly allowance and expire at the end of each month. One consequence follows: spend credits in a month and that month is not refundable. You used what you bought.
Pack credits are different. They last twelve months and do not renew, and plan credits are always spent before pack credits — so the ones with a deadline go first, which is the only order that makes the twelve-month promise mean anything.
Yearly plans
A yearly plan can be refunded pro rata for whole unused months, at any point, not only in the first seven days. A month in which you spent credits is not an unused month.
This is a stronger promise than cancelling, which only stops the next payment.
Cash refunds are returned net of payment-processing fees
Sending a payment back is not the same operation as undoing it. Our payment processor charges a fee when money arrives and keeps that fee when the money goes back — the processing fee and, on a cross-border card, the currency-conversion fee too. A refund is therefore not one transaction reversed. It is two, with a fee on the first.
So, plainly: when money is returned to your payment method — whether you asked for a refund or changed plan and were owed the difference — we deduct the payment-processing fees actually charged on your original payment, and return the rest.
- The deduction is the real figure for your transaction, taken from the processor's record of it, not a percentage we picked. It depends on your card's country and whether a currency was converted, so we will tell you the exact amount before we send anything.
- Only the returned portion carries a deduction. The part of the payment you keep carries its own share, not yours.
- We never deduct more than the refund itself.
Two ways to get the whole amount back
The fee exists because money moves through the card network. Keep it out of the card network and there is no fee, so there is nothing to deduct:
- Take it as account credit — the full amount, nothing deducted, spendable on any plan or pack.
- Change plan instead of refunding — the unused balance carries over to the new plan in full.
Both return more than the cash does. If you bought the wrong plan, the second one is almost certainly what you actually want, and it is the option we will offer first.
Failed and refused runs
A failed generation returns the credits automatically. That is not a refund of cash; it is the image never costing you.
A run that never comes back at all is settled by an hourly sweep and refunded the same way, so a tab you closed mid-render does not leave credits stranded.
A prompt the content scan refuses is not charged either, because that scan runs before the credit debit — there is nothing to give back. What a refusal does cost is the strike, and three inside 24 hours pause generation until the window rolls off. Appeal a wrong block under Responsible Use.
Cancellations
Cancel from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It is not the same as a refund of the current period, unless one of the rules above still applies.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback while a refund request is open, we may pause the refund and wait for the processor. Talk to us first when you can.
The Terms and the refund band on Pricing are meant to say the same thing. If they ever disagree, the more specific refund band on the pricing page is the one we honour for that purchase.
